Taking part is entirely voluntary. There is nothing to sign up for, nothing you must pay, and nothing in the app changes whether you join in or not. 

Nothing you make gets uploaded to RecLet. There is nowhere to upload it to. Your Story stays on your device, and your post stays on your account, under your name.

If RecLet would like to feature you, RecLet will ask you first. If there's no reply within 48 hours, RecLet moves on to another participant that round. When RecLet does feature a participant, RecLet reshares a link to your post. 

RecLet will never copy your work onto its own page and claims no right to participant-created content. Taking part gives RecLet no license, no ownership, and no claim. 

Featuring is always RecLet's choice and never guaranteed. There's no prize, no scoring, and no money involved — in either direction. RecLet features work it likes, the way a magazine runs a photograph. That's the whole of it.

Taking part means using the RecLet app, so the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy apply exactly as they do any other time you use it. Your post itself lives on your social platform, under that platform's terms, not RecLet's.

It's your Story. That's the entire point of the app.
